Booking process – what you need to consider
- Booking requestBooking request: Please ensure that all relevant data is provided in the booking request on our website. To ensure a quick booking process, attach a copy of your ID card.
- Contracts and verification of your data: If the requested apartment
is available, you will receive an email from us with:- Rental agreement
For fixed-term rental contracts, you will immediately be sent a termination of the rental agreement with the termination date of your desired move-out.
- Cleaning contract
- Data protection information
We also require
- For private individuals: 3 pay slips, current employment contract, or Schufa information for third parties
- For low-income tenants: guarantee
Please sign the documents mentioned and send them back to us by email.
- Booking confirmationAfter a positive review of your documents, we will countersign the contracts and send them to you. Your apartment is now booked.
- Transfer of the 1st month’s rentPlease transfer the first month’s rent
- Your access codeBefore you move in, we will send you the individual access code by email that you can use to get into the property and your apartment. The code will be sent to you by email – this will happen at the earliest 2 working days, at the latest 1 working day before you move in.
