We do not use conventional keys. One working day before you move in, you will receive an e-mail from us after the first payment of the rent and deposit. This e-mail will contain a personal code that you can use to gain easy and independent access to your flat. In this way, we make your move-in flexible and uncomplicated.
Is it possible to book a flat through a company?
Yes, it is possible to book a flat through a company. We require a confirmation of assumption of costs as proof that the company is paying for all costs of the booked flat. Please note that we cannot issue invoices for the rent due to the tax exemption according to §4 No. 12 UStG. The rental agreement is considered a request for payment.
