Can I nominate a guarantor?

Yes, you can nominate a guarantor, especially if you are a student and do not yet have a permanent job. A guarantor can be, for example, your parents or other trustworthy persons. They will guarantee that the rent payments and any obligations are properly met during your stay at the boarding house.

Sufficient internet is available at myBoardinghouse. However, please note that the connection is not designed for intensive professional activities such as home office or large data transfers.

Is it possible to book a cleaning service?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book additional cleaning during your stay in this property. Only a mandatory final cleaning is offered, which costs a one-off fee of €89. This fee must be paid before you move in.

How do I get the flat key?

We do not use conventional keys. One working day before you move in, you will receive an e-mail from us after the first payment of the rent and deposit. This e-mail will contain a personal code that you can use to gain convenient and independent access to your flat. This allows you to move in flexibly and easily.

Is it possible to book a flat through a company?

Yes, it is possible to book a flat through a company. As proof, we require a confirmation of assumption of costs, which confirms that you as a company are responsible for all costs incurred for the booked flat. Please note that we cannot issue invoices for the rent due to the tax exemption according to §4 No.12 UStG. The rental agreement is considered a request for payment.

Is the myBoardinghouse a company accommodation?

Yes, the flats in myBoardinghouse can also be rented by companies. They are perfect for business trips and longer stays for your employees. Our accommodation offers the comfort and flexibility that is ideal for business purposes and makes your employees feel at home.
